Yes, items like carrots can be used in this machine.
Can the machine be fixed to the floor?
Yes, the peeler has pre-drilled holes in the pedestal to allow it to be fastened down if required using something like a rawl bolt.
Is the machine easy to install?
Yes, the machine is ready to plug in a standard 13amp wall socket. You just need a water feed to wash the potatoes and adequate drainage for waste product.
