Hopkins potato eyeing tanks are designed to work with the Hopkins King Chipper and the RGM Rocket peeler, but not exclusively. Potatoes come out of the chute of the peeler onto the eyeing tank collection tray ready for the potatoes to be finished off by hand to make the perfect chip. Whilst you are eyeing the potatoes in the tray you can have your next bag peeling. When the potatoes have been eyed just push them into the bath below. Then empty the next bag from the machine onto the tray. You can use the eyeing tank with other makes of peeler and chipper like IMC or Bold.
