Available in one, two and 3 pan models complete with chip box and the option of heated glass fish displays which are thermostatically controlled.

Please note:-
This appliance can be dismantled to go through an 800mm door for easy access.
This frying range does not have an integrated extraction system. It is imperative that a suitably sized overhead extraction canopy be used in conjunction with this equipment that complies with current gas safe regulations.
Connection and commissioning to the gas supply must be carried out by a qualified commercial Gas Safe ComCat 5 Engineer.
Are the under canopy fryers easy to install?
Yes, a Gas Safe qualified engineer will be able to install one quite easily. Please make sure you have a suitable overhead extraction canopy and gas supply.
I can see this a 2 pan UCR, do you offer different options?
Yes, there are one pan and three pan options also available.
Does this need a built extraction system?
No, this fryer is designed to work with a overhead extraction canopy.
Does this only work on natural gas?
No, it can be manufactured to work on LPG Propane gas as well as natural gas.
