Experienced Chip Shop owners Simon & Sofia Render took on a derelict pub in Dewsbury and proceeded with planning permission to turn it into a Fish & Chip Restaurant with Takeaway.
A long-standing customer, the Renders turned to us for support and expertise in the design and planning stage. This included detailed site surveying and the production of ventilation designs which met with current EMAQ guidelines and planning requirements for noise and odour
The finished installation incorporated a High Efficiency Island Range along with a beautifully designed bespoke Counter, allowing for ease of service to both the restaurant and takeaway.
