Cappleman’s is a family run business with shops in Scarborough and Pickering. When the time came to update their frying range owner Phil Pattison decided that Hopkins was a natural choice, having purchased a Hopkins range for their Scarborough shop a few years ago.
Phil who has worked in the industry for over 26 years said that for him Hopkins provides a “proper fish & chip range that is geared up for a busy northern fish and chip shop with high demand and where everything is cooked to order”. The range installation which included a bespoke heated serving area allows for ease of service to the restaurant and busy takeaway.
